Sure do Love you treat box

Hello, and welcome!

Today I'm having fun with the Lots to Love Box framelits.  Of course, Valentine's day isn't far away and this sweet little box is just the right size to hold a few treats - or maybe some jewellery.  

Instead of the usual pink or red, I chose a different colour scheme for my project.  I think the copper on Dapper Denim is rather masculine - a good choice for a gift for the man in your life, perhaps?

Hello and welcome to my blog.

It's kind of way-back Wednesday today.  I'm revisiting a Magic Wallet - something I first made over a year ago.  This time I sized it to fit a gift card and used products from the current catalogue.  Here's the front (or the back) -

Long Skinny Box

Hello bloggists, and welcome to my blog! Thank you for visiting.

Do you ever find yourself with left over pieces of card and paper that are too small to make a full project but are just too big to throw away? I must haveboxes full of scraps that I can't bear to throw away.

So I decided to try and come up with ways of using those pieces. Today's box needs a piece of card that is 10" x 3", So it's ideal for using those long skinny bits of card that you have left over sometimes.

It's in the bag!

Hello bloggists, welcome!

Today I've finally made a Hallett bag, only about a year after everyone else.

This is such a cute little gift bag and it was Caroline Hallett (Crafty Hallett)  who made the design popular about a year or so ago.  And I just never got around to making one until now.

It's this By the Shore DSP that inspired me.  It reminds me of the bags my mother used to carry our things to the beach.  This size of bag is just about right to hold a few notecards and envelopes.  Here's how it went together -
